You will never be able to forget your child, but you can learn to heal your heart.

One in four pregnancies ends in a loss. Whether it’s an early-to-late-term loss, miscarriage still affects each of us. Sometimes, we don’t have the words to say when such a loss consumes us. Grief is different for each of us, but one tenet of healing is processing your feelings. This prompted journal will help you tell your story as you see it. You can chronicle your pregnancy and loss journey from start to present day. This Journal wlll allow you to record triggers, how you’re feeling, and other items along the way.


I wanted to create the journal that I wish I would have had for my two miscarriages. Nothing will ever change your loss, but you can slowly learn to heal your heart in your own way. Sometimes you cant find the worse to describe your pain. My goal is to provide a space you as you begin to sort through your emotions and tell your story. 


Proceeds from this journal will go directly to the I Pressed On Foundation. I Pressed On Foundation is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in June of 2022 that has a mission to help mothers and their partners understand postpartum depression, enhance mental health awareness, promote individual empowerment and provide affordable resources to those in need.​


This book is dedicated to my two angel babies in heaven and my rainbow baby on Earth.
